✅ 1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- You report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Products returned without proper proof or beyond the return window will not be accepted.
❌ 2. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Perfumes that have been opened or used
- Products damaged due to customer handling
- Items without original packaging/tags
- Products purchased during discounts or clearance sales (unless damaged)
📝 3. Return Request Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide:
- Order ID
- Product photos
- Video of the unboxing (mandatory for damage claims)
- Reason for return
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or ask you to ship the product back to us.
🚚 4. Reverse Pickup & Shipping
- Reverse pickup availability depends on your location.
- If reverse pickup is not available, you may need to ship the item to our address.
- Shipping fees for returns (except damaged/defective items) will be borne by the customer.
💸 5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:
- The product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
- The returned item passes our quality check.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
Processing Time:
- Refunds take 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
🔁 6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only if:
- The product received is defective or incorrect.
- Stock for the replacement product is available.
If not available, you may opt for a refund or store credit.
⚠️ 7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
