1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • You report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Products returned without proper proof or beyond the return window will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perfumes that have been opened or used
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Items without original packaging/tags
  • Products purchased during discounts or clearance sales (unless damaged)

📝 3. Return Request Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide:
    • Order ID
    • Product photos
    • Video of the unboxing (mandatory for damage claims)
    • Reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or ask you to ship the product back to us.


🚚 4. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup availability depends on your location.
  • If reverse pickup is not available, you may need to ship the item to our address.
  • Shipping fees for returns (except damaged/defective items) will be borne by the customer.

💸 5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

  • The product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
  • The returned item passes our quality check.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Processing Time:

  • Refunds take 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.

We offer exchanges only if:

  • The product received is defective or incorrect.
  • Stock for the replacement product is available.

If not available, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
